about
When we wrote “Postcard From Nowhere” we decided to put ourselves on the line and explore new worlds that have always fascinated us, but that we never faced. It turned out to be a very fulfilling experience. It is a surf song enriched by a wide, vibrating and dreamy atmosphere that takes you along the Pacific coasts. The song is a rollercoaster of sound and reaches the climax with a guitar solo played by Luca. Then a horn section by Roberto Bottegoni and Daniele Cherubini takes you to the final drum that reminds the waves crashing in the distance. The lyrics follow the same vibe and look at the journey as a metaphor of rebirthing.
“Leaving is rebirth not a deprivation, Finding yourself is everything”
lyrics
Here is that magical feeling again
It’s like wind on the face
Leaving is rebirth not a deprivation
Finding yourself is everything
Fill the baggage of your emotions
Don’t leave anything hanging
Listen to the waves breaking down there
Enjoy the sun, it’s energy
And make it yours
Don’t let another chance slip
It’s another trip to find what are you looking for
Experience you can’t buy, you have to live
The road will know where to take you
It’s time to leave again
Buy something you can’t lose
Listen to the waves breaking down there
Enjoy the sun, it’s energy
And make it yours
It’s time to leave again
Buy something you can’t lose
Listen to the waves breaking down there
Enjoy the sun, it’s energy
And make it yours
Ooohh
